Your enquiries

The form information is intended for PERCUMAN by KYZZ to answer your enquiry, discuss your event and prepare a possible performance. Required fields are marked. Performance enquiries are processed to take pre-contractual steps requested by the organiser; other enquiries are processed to respond to your contact.

Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry and the technical providers required for hosting and email. The site does not automatically send your enquiry to a CRM or social network.

Retention

The planned retention for commercial enquiry information is 36 months after the last contact, except for contractual or accounting obligations. This period must be confirmed and applied to the email system before publishing the final policy.

Cookies and form security

A strictly necessary session cookie protects the form and prevents repeated submissions. A technical rate limit uses a fingerprint of the network address without logging the plain IP address in the application. This version includes no audience measurement or advertising tracker.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, subject to applicable conditions. To exercise your rights or ask a question, contact contact@percuman.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
