It depends on the running order. Once guests have gathered, after presentations or at the transition to the musical evening are options to discuss. Dinner service, movement around the room and audience availability help identify a suitable slot.
Can guests watch while seated at tables?
Table layout and sightlines need to be reviewed before confirmation. A stage or podium can provide a visible focal point. Movement among guests depends on the available space and the venue team’s circulation routes.
Can it fit into an awards ceremony or convention?
Share your running order and the time you would like to set aside for the show. We will discuss a dedicated sequence and its transitions with your organisers. Particular music, staging or synchronisation requests must be discussed and agreed in advance.
What information is needed for a quote?
