Can we keep the performance a surprise for guests?
Mention it in your enquiry. Preparation will be coordinated with your chosen contact for access, setup and the start of the show. The surprise needs to work alongside the technical requirements of the performance.
Could the show take place in a garden or at home?
The actual venue needs to be assessed. Space, access, sound, power and, outdoors, weather protection should be discussed. Confirmation follows this exchange; an address alone is not enough to approve the setup.
Do we need a DJ for the evening?
Tell us whether a DJ is planned and how music will be played. The electronic percussion is performed with a musical environment; this helps us discuss the appropriate format and coordination for your party.
How is a private event quote prepared?
The date, venue, travel, proposed format and technical conditions all form part of the project. Describe your celebration and preferred performance slot in the form; you can then discuss the details with Percuman.
